Q.The texture feels different from other gummies — is the quality okay?
Because GOLI gummies contain no animal gelatin, the texture differs from typical gummies — this is normal and not a quality issue. It is a natural characteristic of the vegan formulation, and worth explaining to customers as such.
Q.Is there a recommended daily amount?
The suggested serving is two gummies per day. Please advise customers not to overconsume — taking three or more per day may cause diarrhea or stomach discomfort in some individuals. Customers should follow the suggested serving size.
